A non-refundable deposit of 50%–70% is required to secure all sponsorships. Sponsorships are confirmed upon signed agreement and receipt of deposit. The remaining balance is due by July 31, 2026. All benefits are contingent upon full payment, and placement in marketing, programming and event materials is based on payment status and timing. Partnerships secured after these dates may have limited inclusion.
